About Rylee

Rylee became a financially independent millionaire at age 25 after just 3 years of intentional cash flow planning and investing in small multifamily real estate with his wife Emily. His mission is to impact and inspire individuals and couples to have extraordinary lives and marriages that align with their authentic individual values and genuine shared vision by expanding their perspective of what is truly possible and giving them actionable strategies to transform their lives.

Rylee has been married to his wife Emily since 2018. Together, they have beat cancer twice, and experienced the premature delivery (12 weeks early) of their daughter Aspen. They have both exited the world of W-2 Employment. Emily spends her days caring for Aspen, and Rylee is an active real estate investor, agent, thought leader, and life coach. They are passionate about helping others and would be honored to get to know you.

Rylee began investing in properties in 2017 when he and his then fiancée were trying to figure out how to live below their means to pay off student debt. They learned that they could buy a property and have someone rent out part of the property to cover the mortgage. A technique they later discovered was referred to as house hacking. After they had proof of concept and began living for free, they became obsessed with investing in cash flowing real estate assets. They started investing, saving, and investing repeatedly until today where they now own and operate an investment portfolio of over 50 units. They continue to source cash flow positive real estate deals while supporting their family and teaching others how to do the same.

Rylee left his job as a Nuclear Test Engineer for the Department of Defense in 2019 to pursue his passion in real estate. He began his career at Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson Real Estate where he focused on providing education to the public on how to use real estate as a vehicle to build wealth in the 21st century. His practice quickly accelerated to success, being named to the International Sterling Society in 2020, and the International Presidents Circle in 2021. Today, Rylee has closed nearly 100 real estate transactions and continues to work as an investor focused real estate broker out of Augusta Maine, brokered by eXp Realty.
