About Sabine

I'm passionate about houses and people, so real estate and hosting visitors to Biddeford in my small inn are a big piece of my life. I'm a Realtor, writer, and my Swiss family has been in the hospitality business for 4 generations. I moved to Maine from New York in 1998 and invested heavily into real estate and loved it so much, I wanted to share that joy with others. Since first becoming licensed in 2000, I've earned the trust of hundreds of families by tending to their real estate needs and helping them create wealth. As an investor I've invested in single-family homes, multi-family homes, tear-downs, raw land, lakefront rehabs and acted as a general contractor in building my own homes. I've also worked as a project manager for other investors, overseeing the construction of commercial spaces and 12 residential condos, which has given me a fabulous experience in dealing with dozens of people in all the trades and my real estate clients also benefit from those relationships. I'm blessed to have lived in the Biddeford/Saco/Old Orchard Beach area for over two decades now and am very grateful for the community here as well as the diverse natural beauty that we enjoy. I specialize in making real estate transactions easy and straightforward. I have a mentoring program called WIRE (Women Investing in Real Estate) and also enjoy working with families moving from renting to owning.
