About Lynette

Lynette loves introducing people to the seacoast area, which she believes is the best place on earth! A resident of the seacoast who was also born and raised here, she brings a unique perspective to the local real estate scene. 

A licensed Realtor in the state of New Hampshire & Maine, Lynette has over a decade of hands-on property management experience, which includes both lake and tidal waterfront, to offer to her buying and selling clients. In addition, her resume includes many years of marketing management and sourcing, serving a community credit union as well as several building product manufacturers over the years. No matter what product or service she was representing, Lynette’s work has continually demonstrated a highly personalized customer-first focus with an outstanding attention to detail.

Since 2017, Lynette has achieved either Bean Group's Bronze Circle or Silver Circle Award annually which recognizes agents who close between $3M - $8M in annual sales. Lynette's sales were located in both New Hampshire & Maine, covering homes in Strafford, Rockingham, and York counties and some beyond. She was also honored to be chosen by the Strafford County Board of Realtors as their 2022 Realtor of the Year.

Outside of work, Lynette enjoys photography along with landscape design. She supports many charitable organizations that serve the seacoast area of New Hampshire and southern Maine. She was a sitting Director of the Strafford County Board of Realtors for 6 years, and served as the Chairperson of the Board's Education Committee for two of them. Nicknamed the “problem solver” by her family, Lynette is looking forward to using her skills and vast knowledge to help you achieve your home ownership goals!
