About Julie & Bryce

The Davis Team is a husband-and-wife real estate team led by Associate Brokers Julie and Bryce Davis, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout Southern Maine and the Greater Portland area.

Julie brings a background in education and counseling, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling Education, to her role as Team Leader. Her thoughtful, relationship-centered approach helps clients navigate important life transitions with patience, clarity, and confidence. Bryce brings extensive experience in information technology, project management, analytics, and business systems, providing a highly organized and strategic approach to each transaction.

Julie holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and MRP® (Military Relocation Professional) designations. Bryce holds the PMP® (Project Management Professional), ABR®, and MRP® credentials. Together, they combine local market expertise, skilled negotiation, thoughtful client advocacy, modern technology, and disciplined systems to deliver a highly personalized real estate experience.

The Davis Team is especially passionate about serving first-time buyers, veterans, military families, first responders, seniors, investors, and families making significant moves throughout Maine.
